A sky-blue scale belonging to a mage who has taken the form of a dragon and commands air magic. This armor piece is almost weightless but so sturdy that even a blade forged from the finest steel would bounce off it.
Part of the «Dragon Rarities» collection.
Can be obtained by opening elven chests.
